Leatherman surge with two sheaths

I am the original owner of a like new Leatherman surge. Carried a couple of times. Blades were never used along with the other tools. Only tool used was the Phillips head screw driver. Comes with both the fabric Leatherman sheath. And the classic leather sheath. I do not have the file but it has the saw installed. I am asking $old
