I thought I would post about the great service I have had from Leatherman. I use a Leatherman about everyday in my job and have had very few problems with them. I did have two in the past few months that I had a problem with. First was a Wave with a broken screwdriver and the second was just a couple weeks ago with the tip of the pliers on a Core broken. The Wave was back to me in about 3 weeks with the broken tool replaced and the whole tool tightened and cleaned up. I sent the Core in on Dec 28th and come home today to find a brand new Leatherman 300 in the mail as a replacement. As per the instructions I did not send the sheath with it so I was very pleased when I saw the 300 was also shipped with a brand new sheath.
Leatherman has a lifelong customer here.

That's great to hear. I was anti-Leatherman for the longest time as I didn't like tools that didn't lock. I picked up a Surge for $25 a couple of years ago and haven't looked back. That tool really turned it around for me and Leatherman. I have since picked up a TTi (Christmas gift from my wife) and absolutely love it. They're made in the USA and to hear that their CS is as good as their function...I'll be a customer for life. Thanks for sharing.

A Juice S2 often finds it's way into my pocket.
I used to not really like them either. I found that they were often bulky an somewhat loose always.
The stonewashed polish of the Juice hasn't rusted, but is still a tad loose.
I've came to realize that they aren't perfect, but have more pros than cons.

And by the sounds of it, the warranty has me covered when the cons outweigh the pros. :)
