Good Leatherman Warranty

Wore down the saw on my Leatherman Core. It was probably my third most used tool on the LT. They replaced the saw, cleaned it up and sent it back. This is the second time (in 20 plus years) that I used the Leatherman warranty and both times they were great!

I just sent in a pst with a bent file. They sent me a brand new rebar back. (They no longer make the pst). I had no reciept and the tool was 20 years old. Based on the shipping time i would estimate they processed my claim in a day or two. Very impressed with their customer service.

I just got back my PST and Micra. sent in for a chipped screwdriver on PST and tip of the scissors on Micra were messed up (I will not lend this out again)

Fast turnaround and they cleaned both and sharpened the blades as well. First time I used them in 20 years of owning a Leatherman.
