Leatherman Warranty

Well Leatherman sent me a new XTi that works fine. I just wish UPS ground did not take 11 days to send somthing from TN to OR and another 9 days to get it back, I was with out it for nearly three weeks :( . But Leatherman sent me a newone the day they got my old one so thats not there fault.
 
Glad you've got your Charge back , i suppose the waits worth it in the end to have a multitool thats all sorted .

I had once a warranty claim on my sideclip, by accident I demollished my wire cutter, during my work.

just send it to Leatherman Holland where I live, and they replaced my plier jaws without arguing.

I think they keep track of repairs and if you send it to often they won't repair it anymore!

It is wise to get you a replaceble Leatherman also the jaws of the latest Leathermans a jus slightly beefier!
