Hey guys,
This is another one of those great deals.
At www.mercata.com. If you register as a new customer they give you 50 Mercata$$ that can be applied toward an order. The only thing is that they only allow 50% of the total price. The current price on the Wave is $55.89, ground shipping is FREE, they then applied $27.95 Mercata$$ so my total came to $27.94 delivered. And the more people that buy the Wave the cheaper the price gets. These offers run only for a brief time and the Wave runs about another 14 hours from now.

Not a bad deal if someone wants a Wave.

Walter

I also ordered a Wave. My price was $55.74 but it had dropped to $55.72 by the time I got clear. Good price if they actually ship!

I ordered a wave from them about a month ago. Same type of thing, the price netted about 26 dollars, and got it with in a few days of closing the sale. No problems at all.

What? Another knife? Don't you have enough of those things already?
How many does one person need?
And just what are you going to do with this one that you can't do with the others?
What is the purpose of all these knives anyhow??

I ordered mine and had two of my friends order 2 for me as well.

So I have six of them coming to me.

Thanks for pointing out this deal for us Walter.

Later,
John

Greetings,

Thanks for the link wkrafft. I've always wanted one of these. It's literally a steal for this price($27.73) that I didn't bother offering a lower bid. Only about 10 more hours left to the sale.

This just makes my day!

I ordered from them before. Delivery was very fast. Though for the price, I'm sure they're losing money.

You don't have to offer a lower bid, you get charged the final price. So it's bid-and-forget.

I bought a Makita 5" random orbit sander from
them a couple of weeks ago for 27.00 shipped.
I got it in less then a week. These folks are
on the up and up .

Thanks for the heads-up! If I understand correctly, you even get the lower price if it should come down before the end of the sale. This is right up there with the $7 micras!

Glad I could help some people out.
I just got my e-mail confirming that they ended the buy. $27.20 Delivered. Not bad...
They say they will ship in 1-2 days via USPS Priority Mail. If they are really this on the ball I may actually buy some other stuff from them.
Enjoy your Waves
Walter

Heck, I'm a dealer and that's way cheaper than I can buy them for! Wish I could get about 100 of them, but, I'll settle for the one I'm getting for $27.

Boy do I want a Wave, but I can't register with the @#$@#%@$$@%$ website.

Anyone else getting this message after inputting address info?

After getting my pair, I've sent three other folks to Mercata, who have purchased two each. If they were losing that much money, I don't think they'd keep running the deal...

Aargh! I saw this too late! Aaargh! Aargh! Aargh!
. . . . ooh, wait, I was able to buy one anyway - no Powerbuy, but with the Mercata dollars, it was still only $30!! Right on!

unfortunately, one of the two that i bought from them has very wobbly handles; it was a gift for a friend. i have e-mailed them about getting a replacement for this one. they sent a reply about using my credit card for an exchange. what i don't understand is why they need to do that if i just want a replacement for the one i ship back. guess we'll see how their customer service is; i'll let you know.
