Leatherman Wave Sheath and Contents UPDATED

Great idea. I haven't ever carried my bit extender, because the damn thing falls right out the bottom of the sheath. What bonehead came up with that sheath design!?

Don't remember her name, but she seened to be a nice womanin the letter she wrote to me.
BTW if you guys ever see a sheath with 2 snaps, that's me.

Nice setup. I have a black coated wave on its way. I should probably look into purchasing the bit kit and other accessories. Hows the molle sheath that comes with the wave. Is it capable of holding anything other than the multi tool itself?

It's nice to see I'm not the only one who saw the LM sheath as a great option for a kit.
Mine has a LM Kick, a SAK Climber, a pen, a Bic lighter, a small flashlight and a P-38.
I will have to take some pics and post them here

Yes I like that kit. Suits a more 'urban' environment I think. I was thinking of a lighter and pen, and the small flashlight if I can find one that will fit

A small single AAA or AA flashlights fits into the side elastic compartment (at the moment, I have a Maglite, although I should find a more powerful one).
I don't really need a bit extender or kit, so I thought a pen/light/lighter combo would serve me better (and yes, I live in an urban environment and leave this kit in my car all the time).

It was the ability to easily belt carry in a reasonably sized sheath a bunch of accessories along with my Charge (fancy Wave) that really sealed the deal for me. Although I have a few other Leathermen and SAKs in the rotation, this has been my go-to and default outfit for three years now. It has transformed the multi-tool into a compact tool system. Whoever at Leatherman came up with this concept has made the world a better place .
