Leatherman Wave vs. Leatherman Crunch

I'm in the market for an EDC multi-tool and have pretty much settled on these two Leatherman models. I like the Crunch but having never seen one in person, I'm curious about how it opens and closes and if it takes any longer than the more traditional Wave?

I do carry a Case Stockman and Kershaw Scallion everyday as well, so the blade isn't that important on the Multi-Tool. Sooooo, opinions please....

yes it takes longer to open, even some practice! not many people need/use locking pliers everyday, so unless you do the Wave is a better choice.

Get the Wave and an Irwin 4wr or 5wr curved jaw vise grip. I prefer the 5wr because it opens a little wider, but I also carry a 4wr when the mood strikes me. These can be had for fairly cheap at popular auction sites used. Team them up with the Case or Kershaw you already carry and you'll be good to go.
