I finally got around to having the small screwdriver on my original Wave replaced. I decided that since I am in Porland for a few days I would drop it off and hopefully it would be done before I left, if not I could have it shipped home. Well when I damaged the screwdriver I was using it to pry which is obviously something it wasnt made for, and I fully expected to pay for its replacement. Less than 24 hours after I dropped off my tool I got a call that it was done. I came in the next day to pick it up and found that not only had they replaced the screwdriver they had replaced my plain edge blade as well! And they had done it for free! I am super impressed with Leatherman's service and I will continue to buy and use their tools. Thank you very much.
