Everything listed and shown in the pic is Brand New! That means New! Never anythinged! About half have black Nylon belt sheaths, the others don't. Leatherman has stopped including them in their packaging along with accessories(except for the extra accessory blade for the Surges). They claim that most people don't use them anyway so they no longer include them. There was also mention of 'tariffs' given that the sheaths were made in China. So, that's the deal with the missing sheaths. However, the product pricing didn't drop accordingly. Imagine that. So, here's what you're looking at below;
