Leek, Dozier or RATI, or others?

Hello everybody. I need your advice. Thanks in advance. I am looking for a super light and comfortable EDC, and I am torn between some options. I know this "light, slim EDC" is a frequent subject in the forums, but I am very specific here:
Price is an issue, I can spend $45 tops. I'd like 3.5 oz. or less, 3+ in. blade, very stainless (as high as possible corrosion resistance) and user-friendly. I currently EDC a Pacific Salt and a Salt I, and I am contemplating getting a Black Kershaw Leek with DLC coated 14C28N blade or, for the same price, a Ka-Bar dozier (with some kind of coating) and a coated RAT I.
Suggestions? Other options?

Thanks a lot, guys. Magnific community you have here.

The RAT 1 is a great knife, but not exactly light and slim. It is considerably thicker than your salts. I prefer my endura for rec over the RAT for this reason. It just fits in my pocket better. I still frequently carry the RAT when at work or in the woods.

Man... Honestly, sounds like the Salts you already have are what you're looking for...

The Leek is great knife and I am a big fan of them. It will be a different experience than the Salt which is also a great knife. Blade shape on the Leek is a modified Wharncliffe. I love it but some feel it's to pointy for overall EDC.

Here's one of my Leeks, a limited edition with Mammoth tooth inlays.

Rat if you can get past the weight. Best bang for the buck in knives imo. I own a Rat 1 and 2.
Dozier are also nice. I own 3 in different colors.
Never owned a Leek, so I can't comment on those.

A few other choices to consider.

SOG Flash 2. 3.5" blade and 3.1 oz
Zancudo designed by ESEE and produced by Blue Ridge Knives. 3" blade and 3.3 oz.
Byrd Cara Cara 2 from Spyderco. 3.75" blade but 4.5 oz.
