Leek Freeek!

I mean absolutely no criticism or disrespect by this at all, but purely out of curiosity I have to ask:

Why multiples of the exact same knife? I don't mean them all being Leeks, I mean you have multiples of the EXACT same Leek.

None taken.
I have multiples for collectivity. Just as someone would collect baseball cards, model cars, etc..
I wouldn't collect them if I didn't like them though.
And, I probably wouldn't have purchased any if it wasn't for the regulars and Thomas here on the sub-forum.
There are a few others here at BF's that have multiples of the same item I'm sure.

30 yrs from now they might be worth something and could supplement my retirement.
If they aren't, I still have the baseball cards, model cars, etc.. :D:D

Multiples are good, especially in discontinued TIZDP, SG2 and low number limited runs like the blue Blurs, all black ENER-G's etc.

As an example, I have a handfuls of the SG2 Blurs and Mini Cyclones in TI/ZDP. One I use in EDC rotation, and the others are put away for safekeeping. For some of us, its also about collecting rather than just using.

I've never considered myself a collector but rather a user.
But you guys are making it very hard on me. ;)
You knife pushing freaks!!
:D

In my opionin the leek and many other kershaws are a waste of money.

PROBLEMS:
1 tips are way too weak
2 when they switched steels they screwed up the knives
3 440A > 13C26
4 my speedsafe failed
5 benchmade and spyderco > kershaw

In my opinion, your post is a waste of time here.
Don't go away mad, just go away.
And by all means, let the door hit ya on the azz on the way out.
If you can't find the door, someone will be along shortly to point
you in the right direction.

Ah hell, go away mad. :D

A bump just for some jerk-it smilies,

:D Thanks I actually missed this thread the first time around. Also NICE collection Mike

It would be nice if the jerk-it smilies were gone.
We try to be family friendly here.

There is a couple of things that I have never understood, trolls is near the top of the list right below why they don't make the same amount of hotdog wienies in a pack as they do hotdog buns.

Now my post looks retarded, :D thanks riffraff.

Don't worry this isn't as bad as being chewed out by your wife for using the gesture in front of your elementary school daughters in traffic. "Mom, what does this (jerking motion) mean?" They did survive the trauma, though, just a little awkward for Dad.
