Wow, these are very nice. Do these handles have a "better" grip than the steel ones found on the 1660CB model? Love the knife, just wanting a little texture on the surface.

You should try the 1660G10 model. G-10 scales and S30V blade steel is always a good combination.
These have aluminum handles - exactly like the other colored leeks and scallions (red, blue, green, pink) that are out on the market now. It does make the knife a little thicker than the CB, and in my opinion has a slightly better grip.![]()
Is it possible to do a franken leek if the blade is from a frame lock version and the handle is a liner lock?
