Ya, I already had that page bookmarked, that is infact why I want a Cyclone. Who is the Mac?
Some hoser from the great white north.
Anyway, the real purpose of this post is to say that I love my leek. Much as I hate to admit it, it gets more things right than my BM921... And I really like the 921. The leek has a great bladeshape, I've abused it something horrible (anyone ever baton their leek to split firewood? It was all I had on me at the time, and we wanted a fire). It just keeps begging for more.
My only problem was a broken spring, and that was an easy fix. Other than that, the steel was easy to reprofile, takes a very polished edge, and cuts well for weeks. I can't think of many things that I would change about my leek. Well, might be nice if kershaw offered a model with the leek design (bladeshape, handleshape, etc) but 20% larger for a 3.6" blade. That's the sweetspot for an EDC in my opinion, and the leek shape is such a great one that I don't see why people haven't been screaming for a larger version.
