This is a Pohan Leu Bluephin 3.25" blade in S35VN, Labyrinth patterned scales, SK Ti pivot, and Super Conductor Clip. This knife is sharp, actually sharp isn't even the correct word for it, it is frighteningly sharp, sharpest knife I've owned to date. Flips amazingly with Leu's detent and implementation of IKBS, and rides in the pocket very well.

Gonna go ahead and withdraw this. Too cool of a knife to let go. :-)

Thought I had a buyer, but I haven't heard back in 24hr, still available. Open to trades for other lefties, custom flashlights (Mac, McGizmo), Custom Slipjoints, or Springfield XDs 9mm, or Glock 42. LMK!
