Does anyone know what steel was used in the Bowie Knife sold by Legacy Sports International? I got one with my Puma .454 Casull rifle a few years ago, its been stuck away. I'm learning the Work Sharp and was thinking about practicing on it. Its stamped "Stainless China". I figure if it's 8Cr13MoV, it might be an ok camp knife with a good edge.
