Legit Kershaw PackRat?

I bought this one off Ebay, It looks legit no blade play or whatever. I am rather new to knives though so I would like to check. Here are the pics. Thanks

Certainly looks real enough...all the markings seem to be in the right places. Was it new in box?

I guess the only reason I suspect it may not be real is just I know there are people on ebay selling very close, yet cheaply made knockoffs. And yes it was new in the box. Sweet knife really!
