Here is one of my integraframe folders. One of my more ambitious engraving jobs, but more like this to come:D

The frame is 416ss, carved, inlaid and heat colored ( the leopard is heat colored a gold/straw tone). 22k gold inlays in the leopards eyes and on the scrolls and borders. The blade is S30V, Sawby lock mechanism.

was this a commission, Bailey, or will I see it next month(hope, hope!)?

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

This one has a home Steve, BUT there is a handle blank on my bench that could go a similar route.....

I have exceeded my lifetime limit of BB custom knives, unfortunately, including the model 14 you're building me.;)

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

OK, Bailey, you've done it now. I won't be able to go to sleep tonight, just have to sit here and stare back at that leopard.

WOW! Bailey, your one of the BEST....and CHARACTER to boot.:)

Great job Bailey. I think this must be the first of the Sawby lock you have done or have we not seen others? I recall reading you were going to be using his device with his blessing. Very kewl knife for sure

Absolutely world-class! Very well balanced handle, divided in
a very eye-pleasing manner between the 3D carving and the
flowing gold inlays!

All the best,
DAvid Darom (ddd)

When I say that is incredible, I still feel that I am not doing it justice. Simply amazing.

Yikes! The Russian Art Guild has a division in Diana, Texas.

Who can not appreciate the talent and artistry here? This piece elevates all Custom knives and your portfolio as well.

It's a daunting project. Be careful what you ask for. When's the wildlife series going to be finished... ? ;)

BTW, the scroll is nicely complimentary to the carving. How it emanates from the center focal point and outward is wonderful.

Thanks.

Coop

That is absolutely insanely well done!!!!

I wish my words could do more to compliment this piece, but it's just over-the-top. WOW...

"Insanely well done." Yep, that works for me. A truly memorable piece.
