100 % New , Mint ,, I bought this new and never used it ,, See the pictures , There is a line in the titanium at the edge near the tip. I asked the man himself about it ( just to be sure it wasn’t a flaw ) I was told it is a tool and they were never intended to be perfectly finished show pieces. He did offer to look through a batch for a replacement but I was happy just knowing it wasn’t in fact a defect.
