Lescowear?

Anyone use this steel before?
I believe lescowear is only sold in barstock form (round), but they sell a flat stock version too, under the name LSS PGK.
Latrobe says comparable wear resistance to d2 with better toughness. Somewhere between d2 and a2.
Was considering buying some, and figured I'd ask around first.

It is basically D-2 with a hefty dose of vanadium. It will not get as hard as D-2, but will be tougher. Unless the extra toughness is a big issue ( doubtful in a knife), then us D-2.
