What does the ghetto grind do again? Is it thinner or purely cosmetic?
It is purely cosmetic. It has a standard tumbled finish followed by a (basic utility grade 120 grit grind) on the main bevels.
I believe that the CPK full satin grind is a 220 grit grind to both flats and main bevels. Sometimes Mark will also do custom hollow grinds instead of a flat satin grind.

I have models with regular stonewash and the same knife with ghetto grind and can say that the extra material removed by going ghetto does create a slightly thinner grind, its most apparent by feeling how the shoulders behind the secondary bevel are almost eliminated.
