I really love my fixed blade necker, though I tend to carry it in pocket most of the time. Here she is, Coye Ridgeback.

EDIT: And yes, I have posted this in 3 or so other threads. I just love it that damn much, plus Coye is relatively unknown on these forums. Let's give him a bit of exposure.

You wear that big knife around your neck?!

Just kidding. Nice looking smaller blade there. Where did you get it?

John

Hey John, Yeah that Booshway would soon give me a neck like Mike Tysons eh !!!:D

My lovely wife bought me the necker from Blind Horse Knives as a suprise gift, here is the blog from the website about it:

The "Necessary Necker"

The "Necessary Necker" is inspired by the famous Nessmuk trio fixed blade. We wanted to come up with a smaller, neck size of this famous design. I think George W. Sears himself would like it allot. The blade itself is 3/32" of O1 tool steel, full grind. OAL is 5 3/4", with a 2 3/8" cutting edge. Scales are available in natural, green and black micarta with brass pins and an unlined lanyard hole. The sheath itself is another winner, utilizing a traditional pouch style with cross over strap that the leather thong is attached to. This design lets the sheath hang at approximately 45 degrees to allow easy access. Heavy duty stitching and rivets as usual. We hope you like our new traditionally inspired neck knife. This knife was made for you, our loyal woods-going customer. We all try to live a healthy life and a walk through the woods will help you discover new things, save your sanity, and guarantee you a new experience. We hope you love it as much as we do, so, lets be safe out there and have fun.

I love neck knives.........One of my favorite neckers ever was this BRKT Little Creek proto in outstanding JeffH kydex. If Mtnfolk Mike ever wants to trade or sell back, he should let me know. :D
