Besides my C95 Manix PE quest, which is proving to be tough...but I am not giving up...I am interested in the Spyderco Salsa as well. Wanted to see some pics from Salsa owners...so lets see yours! Also if you know of a good place where I can score one NIB (preferably PE, but I would consider CE) and not too expensive that would be appreciated as well :-)

New Graham and John F Jensen both used to carry them, but I don't see them now on Graham, and Jensen appears to be going out of business! I fortunately found my black Salsa recently. It's a great knife, and I think it's a bargain.

Good luck,

John

Did you get a PE or a CE..?

Can you guide me in the right direction to get a Spyderco Salsa PE...? :-)

Trying to find one...no luck.

Sorry, haven't hunted for them in some time. My advice would be to watch the for sale subforum here and perhaps on some of the other big knifeforum websites, along with ebay. You can also google for sellers. Obviously look for negative feedback (on this site and others). Along with that, it is always good to call or email before buying on the net to ensure the item is in stock.;)

Yeah - have that all covered already - but thanks for the advice - again - some collection you have there.. :-)

They are hard to come by. I picked up a green one with combo edge last year. Very nice knife. Wish they were easier to acquire though. Good luck in the hunt for one.

Love the Ti Salsa:

Sorry for the crappy photos,

Jay

My wife wanted a Spyderco "S" which is a spin off of the salsa. I never cared for it when I saw it in the catalog. But when She got it, I was amazed how nice the knife is

My favorite Salsa's, the one without the 'pepper' on the handle:

Your photos are so clean and well done that you could make a cow pie look like an apple pie. :p

I like the engraved Salsas a bit better but wouldn't kick either version out of my pocket.
