Letherman blade replacement...

Is it easy to replace blades/tools in a Leatherman, in particular the saw? Are replacement blades easily found? Can this be done on all models or jsut some?

LM tools generally require a special anti-tamper bit to take apart. The only tools that are designed to be replaced by the owner and not the factory are the saw/file on the Surge...and obviously the bits on the models with the drivers.

If you are looking for a tool that is much easier to take apart and customize, check out the SOG powerlock. They come apart with a simple 1/4" socket set and the inner tools are very exexpensive to purchase.
