All I know is that my kids are gonna have one hell of a yard sale :)

Holy crap!!! Screw knife making! I need to do what Joe does!! Lol Damn my face is green with envy right now! :)

Holy monkey on a stick! You guys have some incredible collections.

Here is my personal little wall mounted display.

Nothing compared to you guys of course :( and displaying knives from only one unknown maker. ;) What I like about it though is being able to see the progression in my work.

Thanks for sharing

Peter, you showed an old photo. Got anything fresh? Kevin I am curious about your current display as well. A very inspiring one at that..

Lets keep these coming, I'd be surprised if we are the only ones here that display knives.

Joe, that is just incredible. I like that stag bowie in the bottom of a glass case that looks like some kind of classic fisk due to the cuts up the blade along the edge.

I'm a hobby woodworker so part of the enjoyment of collecting knives is building display cases and stands to show them off. I am way behind and need to get busy on more becuase most of my knives are still in storage waiting to be displayed.

I've posted some of these before.
The first is a honduran rosewood display box with maple inlay on the corners. It only holds a few folders at a time but I can easily swap them out when I get tired of looking at current display.

The second is made of solid Walnut with Birdseye Maple trim and walnut inlay on top frame. It too is stuffed to to the point it doesn't really show the knives properly.

Here is one I am currently working on to display either custom fixed blade or Randalls. I have Randalls on there now as place holders to help measure spacing for the knife holders. Here they are just proped up on felt pads. This one is a Maple Burl slab that I finished and torched the edges to blacken.

My next project is going to be a large full cabinet display with glass shelves to hold a couple dozen knives. I just need to find the time to build it.

That is some very nice work
