It wasn't a long-run "too many knives" problem, just a short-term "not enough cash" problem due to my self-inflicted $1,200 flooding of my house :footinmou ... but it seems there's always room for a Kumar Karda.:D

The fat horn handle felt too big at first, but now that is the first khuk I reach for when I want to swing one around. Bura makes masterpieces, no doubt about it.
 
Well, after reading this forum for several months I had to take advantage of Uncle Bill's offer. Talked to Bill and I'll be getting a BAS, which will be my first but not last khukri.:D

Found Uncle's special today - felt better immediately, being eaten alive by blackflies but a memory.
Pen's "money is not an object" post - spoke to me(good pespective check).

"Spousal issues"-took awhile(birthday excuse is now gone).

Well, all to say ordered 18" Chitlangi-(cause I like the GS so much) for me. And 12"AK for son, who claims I won't have to pay him for chores or get him anything at all till it's paid up.
(Can't say I don't know where he's coming from;) !)

I dit the 21" chit fer the same reason--had a GS and just loved it! I see the chit as the upgrade.
