We are fortunate enough to be allowed to have our own Bladeforums awards. This is our chance to have a say in what knives and products we think are the best. I think this means a lot because we are not your average Joe. We are very informed knife knuts. Please go to this thread:

and make your nominations. I would like to see this become an annual event. I would also like for it to mean something and it only does if many of us get involved in the process. We see knives advertised all the time as winning an award at Blade. I would like to see the same thing happen for our awards.

Just a thought . . . could we do a seperate thread for each category? It seems that most threads with multiple categories get "off-track" quickly. Also it would encourage folks to respond even if they only had an opinion on one or two categories. Just a thought!
 
I will try to get our votes in before Blade Show. This way we can compare the compare the consumer vore witht he industry vote
