I am the maker, and west systems epoxy won't be letting go.There are some pretty simple homemade rigs for titanium anodizing. I'm not sure I'd dunk the whole knife, though. Are you comfortable removing the timascus inlay? Is sending it back to the maker an option?
You might try posting this in the Maintenance Tinkering & Embellishment or Knifemaker's section. Might get more educated responses.
Its a rough call man. The reason being its hard to say how the steel is going to react in the electrolyte solution. I know nails in the same situation tend to start to rust almost instantly. What i would honetly do if possible would be to make a dummy with the same materials if you have any scraps. I looked it up and you can anodize timascus with electricity. But its hard to say if it will negatively effect the other materials.
