Back when I smoked a pipe more often, I always intended to pick up a doctor's knife, but I never did. With the main blade (for cutting tobacco), the spatula (for cleaning the bowl), and the squared off end (for tamping the tobacco), those knives are made for the pipe smoker IMO.

That is a limited edition Benchmade Switchback. I got mine from New Graham but was told it was the last one (and coincidentally #26/50, 26 is my lucky number), after my wife took #23 from me and I had to reorder.
