Lets see how you carry your Izula

Same here, unless I'm carrying a folder in the RFP then I'll slip the Izula in my LBP or my LFP
 
Camera is not working, but I carry it hanging off belt loop, tip up, with paracord in my front pocket (similar to some other people). :D

Love the IZULA, perfect EDC FB ;)
 
I carry mine in pocket. Great little pocket knife.

Does anybody have a setup for waist band clip-on ?
 
I think I'm gonna get one. I know I'm ordering one for my dad for fathers day, I'll probly pick one up for myself as well. He gets all his cool gear from me. question, hows the deployment speed from your pocket. I can get my spydie para out pretty darn quick. think the Izula is as fast as a folder clipped to the pocket?

Grab the handle from the inside of your pocket, push the sheath off with your thumb. Pull the knife out, blade is already out and it's in your hand. Fastest deploying mechanism because there is none. :thumbup:

It wrks great like that, but putting it back is not as easy. I am going to try and make an attachment out of kydex and see if I can make some sort of pocket clip, or something to make putting it back easier. When I have some free time of course, which there is very little these days.:(

I had an extra boot clip from a RAT3, and find it works just fine on the Izula sheath. It's a bit wider than the sheath, but this has no effect on the function. If I have time later, I can post a pic.

Thanks - that is actually what I was hoping. I saw the rat3 boot clip and thought that would be a good setup for an Izula.

You guys are damn lucky that my camera has dead batteries! Imagine just being able to see the handle hanging down from inside the kilt. LOL! taint carry in full effect.
 
I haven't given it to her yet but here's how I intend my lovely fiancee's Izula to be rigged up!

The sheath actually belongs to a Benchmade Gold Class Snody Activator that someone bought and didn't want the sheath for! It sat around the shop for a year just in case the guy called back and changed his mind, but I laid claim to it a few days ago after discovering that it's a perfect fit! :D
