• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Lets see some Custom 'Pure Fighters' Reborn

If you like lean stabbers here is Jerry Fisk's "Boo Daddy" it has interesting grind lines:

Some really cool knives here guys.

Matt - you should see the damscus on that Royer in person - unreal. I'll bring it next time we hook up at Dan's.

Peter - that Primos is pure class.

STeven - I really dig that Bradshaw a whole bunch.

Jon - that Ferry is one of my favourite knives of the year so far, and that Sfreddo is one of my favourites all time.

Roger

I'm seeing many 'artistic' fighters. I would love to see the working ones that may be deployed or have seen action over seas or here doing camp tasks etc.

Doing camp tasks? With a fighter? I thought you were after "pure" fighters? And I can't think of any overseas conflicts being fought with knives. :p

Just giving you a hard time man.

Roger

They are a bit of a misnomer but I do use mine as hunting knives. :) I just think the style kicks butt and it gets a lot of good attention in camp. Everyone wants to hold them (more so than the deer guns)... [/endsidetrack]

I got to handle some of Maringer's blades last year, and they are incredibly light and fast --- pure fighters.

Charlie and I got a little feed-back yesterday from the guy in Afghanistan that is carrying the top two knives in post #24. He carries them every day, every where. One is in his boot and the other is up his sleeve. He went into a secure building the other day and had to go through the metal detector four times for the security guys to find all his stuff.

I hope that all these knives are really just "Carrying Knives" not "fighting knives", but he says they are there if needed.

Here is one of Don's I haven't posted in awhile. 1086M with a Paul Long ivory inlayed sheath.

The 2nd of the top two is amazing! I was admiring it today...

Here are a few from the past
