I'm in love with the hinderer fieldtacs but it seems that pics are as close as I might come to one if these rare beauties. If you have em post em so I can drool!!!

the earlier fieldtac..is another one that is top shelf. Are the handle slabs black G10??
 
Wow manix! That is just stunning. I love the lanyard and bead on there. Normally I'm Not much of a lanyard guy but it suits your fieldtac very well. Are those scales as comfortable as they look?

Thanks, yes the blue/black micarta just melts into the hand! I just learned to tie a decent lanyard from a you tube video, the beads are from the ranch.

I'll tell you....once you learn how to tie one it gets addictive...and all your knives will have lanyards.

I like having a lanyard on my custom crk nyala. The leather sheath is really deep and it helps me draw the knife. It looks great and has reflective strands in it in case I drop it in the woods. I like the way they look on folders but they always seem to get in the way.
