just ordered my first Xm-18..... got a skinny. any idea where to get some linen micarta scales for a 3.5" skinny? figured it's worth a shot... thanks.

I’d talk to @Keyman! DLT also has some green micarta in stock but I’m not sure if they use linen or canvas...

Thanks, I can find micarta scales just not skinny micarta scales in the 3.5" size. I plan on getting a 3" slicer in M390 next so I guess I can always get a micarta scale on that one if all else fails I guess.

Keyman makes skinny scales and DLT had a natural and od green skinny micarta in stock. My only XM-18 now is a Skinny Slicer ;)

Ya I'll probably grab the natural if Keyman cant hook it up. Natural should darken out nicely with time anyways.

If you want linen micarta scales and to fit a regular XM-18 ... checkout Sharp Dressed Knives I have a few of canvas from there but last I looked they had linen in stock.

They will fit on a skinny model also but are for a regular ... and you can't tell unless you really look that it's slightly thicker on the skinny models ... so it will work either way.
