Does anyone know an after market/ custom supplier that makes scales for the half track (ideally titanium or micarta)? I've searched all over and can't seem to find one.

Battle Bronze, brass or copper hardware would look nice IMO. I have one in battle green coming in a couple days with working finish hardware that I’ll try out.

I’m thinking brass with a nice patina would look good also though.

Thanks. I have some copper hardware on its way (I couldn't find a full set of bronze in any style). I'm not sure it will work but I'll give it a shot and post the outcome here.

I can only tell what I tried. Brass hardware looks great with both red and dark green g10 scales. What you want is high contrast. I think bronze ano or copper would look great with jade g10.
 
I carried my Skinny Slicer again today and was extolling its virtues over at the EDC thread, so I figured I might as well post a couple of those pics over here too.

The last working finish RHK I had somehow didn't float my boat that much, but this one I really like. Maybe it's the two-tone blade with the polished flats.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but there’s a new batch of 3.5” No Choil Skinny Slicers on DLT. I apologize in advance for buying the last stonewash DLC.

Yup, and there's a new batch of 3.5" harpoon spanto out too. I'm a choil guy and I've learned to appreciate the skinny so I passed on both. I'm sure I'll regret it though, ive been looking for a harpoon spanto forever.

Yes there is :) Funny, but after all is said and done, I find the slicer to be the least sexy, but the most useful XM-18 blade shape :)
