regrind? Done by whom?
Yup. Done by Josh at REK some 8 years back. The XM24 was a Spanto and got a large radius, high hollow grind in 600 grit that reduced the flats, which were left SW while the swedge was finished to match the primary grind. The blade came from The Ranch sterile, save for the blade steel engraved on the lock side flat. That mark's about half gone now. If you look carefully in the first of these old pics posted in this thread in '17 you can just make that out.

The other old pic from here shows the presentation side-- the first blade emblazoned with Josh's then-new REK logo--and gives a good sense of the hollow grind.
