I've had this detachable zipper pull/knife in the gadget drawer for a while and put it on my jacket this morning: Gerber GDC Zip Pull. The riveted nylon webbing for the quick release that came on the tool was poor quality so I replaced it with some #95/Type I paracord. Shown attached next to a couple of Photon LED flashlights, one white LED Photon II and one Red LED Photon Freedom, so as to not mess with my night vision when I'm out honing my ninja skills in suburbia. One should take care not to smash their fingers when batoning firewood with the zip blade in a zombie apocalypse survival situation.
