SAK Sentinel Black Oxide

To go with the limited 125 years anni Sentinel. I've been fortunate here, got the limited used below retail (it was open box, whatever that means as to Vic regular box-tops), and somehow came across the offer for the very rare black oxide at cost, no markup.

I must've been good last year.. and only that year. Heh.

It's a traditional Catalan (a county from Spain) food. We call it "fuet" and "chorizo" (the more intense red one)
