Let's see some variations of the original Ratweiler!

What is the dirty one above the howling rat called?

My contribution to the thread. Not really a variant, but stripped and convexed by the previous owner. Begging to be used hard!

Man, those differentially heat treated blades look sexy on stripped RWs!

Here is my Urban Camo Weiller showing some wear.

I had it stripped and double cut!

Double cut SR101 loves the rust so Garth has it redoing the original coating. Cant wait to see it.

So I got my original Urban Camo Ratweiller back from Garth. I kinda like it. What say you?

It was a Ratweiler that started me on the road to perdition. After reading Cliff Stamp's review in early 2006, I started lurking here. Scored my first RW from Tyrkon Lawson as a Fathers Day gift to myself that year. The Muddy RW was my first 'Ganza score. The stripped satin beauty came from JK, before he was a famous maker.

Picked up another stripped user about two years ago. Weird marks on it as though someone used a dremel or something to strip it, but a great convex edge.

Only the JK satin is still here. The RW is definitely a classic, maybe the best of the Bussekin in that size.

Do any of you guys know anybody that strips, polishes and reprofiles the knives- like Thrill's ratweiler above.

This thread gives me Ratweiler envy :D Must find one.......................... well sometime.
