Off Topic Let's see the boxes your handmade knifes come in.

the size issue is part of why i pack them how i do. smallest thing i make are folders but also make 13" slicers some months i might make 20 parers others 2 slicers and a few straight razors. yet another thing is at this spoint i dont sell many knives direct to buyers more often then not im selling to a retailer and they dress them up and deal with people. making my life easier is worth the wholesale price cut they get
 
I, like Butch, have way too many sizes to box. So I make my own cases for them and ship each in its own case:

I use the same exterior packaging as John only mine says Fed Ex on em. Had too many stolen in the USPS packaging.
