This was actually the first knife I bought because of this website of horrible enablers way back when.. :p pretty sure i snagged one of the last few on KSF as soon as i saw someones picture on here.
Those Bone and antler handles are beautiful though, really hope they do another run of these someday..

I just received this one today, in maroon linen micarta. A really beautiful knife. It is slender enough that, despite the length, it fits in my pocket well. My apologies for the crappy photo, but I will figure that out one of these days. The micarta is an awesome color, which doesn't show at all, unfortunately. The pic also cuts off the fob, but I will do that in real life anyway!

The #42 is a good practical pocket knife! This one is "one of thirty" from the 2012 Rendezvous in T'ville! Walnut is sturdy but light, and the lock-up is tight on this one; It's hardly more intrusive than my TC Barlow!! But it provides a nice big slicey blade!! I think I will carry it again for a while!!:DView attachment 1280829 View attachment 1280830 View attachment 1280831
I managed to acquire one of those recently...a really wonderful knife! It is my only 42 (at the moment).
