I forgot to mention that the oak 110 in 5160 that I took apart is the first pinned knife I've seen that is also glued since the early 1970s 110s.

You can see where the glue didn't want to let go of the oak laminate.

This one had oak covers that I didn't care for.
I just finished making it the way I want.
It will now go into my pile of users and I'll try to remember to post here when it does patina.
