This is a kris that I made just because I wanted to try one. I made it to sell but my 7 year old son took such a liking to it he offered to buy it from me for .87 cents! I told him it would take a lot more than that. So we finally settled on 10 bucks and he clean the shop. But had to throw in another knife. He drives a hard bar

Are these "authentic" British Commando knives, or reproductions? Care to post any info about them, like how old they are, or who made them?
Thanks!
Alex

Yes sure,

They are all original F-S's in the first picture, except for the middle one wich is a modern copy made by Hill Knives in the Netherlands,

1st picture from left to right WW2 2nd pattern Wilkinson, WW2 1st pattern Wilkinson, the hill one, a WW2 B&R F-S and a WW2 3th model /I\I

Second picture: Ribbed and Roped WW2 F-S, A French WW1 trench knife and a Dutch stormdolk also from WW1 (lots of them where confiscated by the Germans in WW2 and used by them)

3th picture: All WW2 F-S, 1st, 2nd and 3th models, some Wilkinson models and the others broad arrow marked /I\B2, /I\I and /I\56

Last picture is a steel hilted F-S from WW2, history of these knives is still unknown more or less.. Bit rough looking but i ike it :)

Regards!

Very interesting, thanks a lot. I like 'em all! Neat pieces of history. :)

OK, I'll ante up, even though the OP has been banned....

Trackers Forge (Robert Alderman) Blacksmith Dagger. All hammered, 1/4" thick, Elk Stag grips. I think it's about 18" overall. Only one like it.

I also have it's mate, a Blacksmith D-guard Cutlass, also huge and one-of-a-kind. Bob does great work.

heres a couple, the one on top I didn't make, i did the other tho
