I upload my photos to BF's server and attach them to some OLD posts I made in one of MY OLD threads. The thumbnail is there. Then I click the thumbnail twice to make it large and copy the location, then when replying to post, I click the image button and paste the location in the box. The other method is hosting the picture offsite, go to that location and copy the address bar of your picture. Then, in your new post or reply hit the image button again and paste that location. BF prefers offsite, because it does not use up their server space. But as a gold or plat, you do have rights to a certain amount of storage space. I am sure there may be other ways to do it, but this is the way I have been able to show the big photos without the thumbnails showing in current posts.

Of course, I may be beaten with a stick for sneaking in photos, but it does work.
