Lets see those knives being used!!!

I'm sure most of you have followed a thread in which a member was criticized for not showing pics of his knife in action and also not participating in WS&S.

While WS&S is where I spend 90% of my time on BF I have been guilty of posting a bunch of pics of knives not in use and nowhere near the wilderness. I get all excited like a little kid when I get a new knife and want to show it off as do most of us.

I understand that by doing this I may be making it difficult for others, including myself to find the true content of WS&S is intended to be which is a source of information for all things survival and wilderness. I was a bit taken back at first when asked to show pics of my knife in use, but now I fully understand the reasoning.

I really like this direction because it will force me to get my lazy behind out from behind the computer and hit the trails and go camping. I've got a new Laconico heading my way

Please - let's not let this thread turn into a discussion about how the forum is run, because we're not mods. I just wanted to spark some healthy conversation about getting out on the trails more and practicing more.
