All right! I know you guys can help me out here. Id like to see some pics of some sheaths you guys have made to hold some minimal gear as well as your becker. See, Im putting together a small altoid tin survival kit that Im wanting to connect to my BK9 sheath that i can keep in my jeep at all times just in case. I know ive seen them on here before, whadda you got?

What if it isn't actually IN an altoids tin? Cause I keep mine around my neck... It's a BK-11, a zippo, 3" ranger band, 4x 1/8" ranger bands, 2 neodium magnets, a fire steel, a needle.

Altoid tin was just my example. Looking for ideas so anything is welcome....no rules. Just looking for compact ways to carry bare nessessities vai knife sheath, necklace whatever.

I've got The 710 making something up for me right now. When he gets close, maybe he will put some pics for ya?

I got this little pouch set up from skystorm. It holds a remora or candiru, plus fire steel, arrow head and altoid tin. Straps to your belt.

Yup, I am making something up, after trying to make it with the 9oz. Leather I use for my attachments I am going down to 5 oz. And see if it comes out better.

The stock sheath is just fine if you put the right kind of effort into it.

Here is one Dubz did using the ESEE pouch.

My pouch is just a utility pouch that I snagged at the military surplus store locally. I think it cost $5. I need to get a bunch of shock cord and start learning to use that in place of alot of my 550.

Here's the one I made for my 14! Altoids tin fire kit with the 14 riding shotgun.

Here's a couple more from when I was getting it sorted out.

The sheath is set up so that the 14 can go in either way and the whole thing can be carried vertically or horizontally.

The tin carries fire straws, waxed and plain jute, cotton balls, char cloth, a few bits of fatwood and all the cordage on the sheath, lanyard and fire steel are waxed jute.

This is great! these examples is exactly what Im looking for. A lot of good ideas here. Where is everybody getting the blank non coated tins?

The Maxpedition Volta pouch fits an Altoids tin with room to spare.

Sir, I cannot even begin to describe how much difficulty and hassle you have saved me by posting this. I have been looking for a pouch like this for quite some time and have never seen it on Maxped's website. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Goose that is AMAZING!!!!!
Here is a Dubz-Style sheath that my 2 use to ride in with a kit I just threw together for the picture to show how much I could get in it.
