Thanks to blt-2-drg I now have a pouch that fits the criteria I have had for my BK16 sheath for quite some time now. The Maxped Volta fits it perfectly, and looks like it will hold a decent bit more than an altoids tin. Goes well with my firesteel holder too.
I have an emergency blanket that I left under a pile of books for about a week that has all the air squeezed out of it that fits in the pouch perfectly, and still leaves plenty of room for other goodies. Can't wait to fill this thing up.

The Maxpedition Volta pouch fits an Altoids tin with room to spare.
Do you think this will fit on a BK2 sheath?-----nevermind should have read all the posts before asking the question--thanks Derek--I assume if it fits on a 16 it will work on a 2---

Derek, Where did you find your firesteel? I've been looking for a source for the larger size steels and haven't ran across one yet. Great looking set up

Attached is my knife set up- the sheath is the factory one for a BK-2. I added the firetool sleeve and ESEE pouch myself. The altoids kit is sealed w electrical tape and contains: a small bic lighter, firestarters, a sheet of foil, waterproofed matches, a razorblade, 60' of ultra braid fishing line and assorted band aids and an alcohol swab.
