Let's see your bushcraft blades

I don't have a picture of my personal blade but I carry one of my fjord hiker models when I hit the trail. I also am a big fan of the swamp rat RMD.

Here are a few of mine. I also use Spyderco Mules for camping/scoutcraft/bushcraft. These pics include a damascus Scandi blade by Poul Strande that I don't take out in the field.

I have whittled my bushcraft/outdoor user collection down to this group.

I just received a Bernie Garland Recurve Bushcrafter that I need to put some woods time in before showing. I'll see if it makes it into the family or moves on.

Exellent!!

WOW. I love those. They are very fallkniven meets swamp rat with your own little twist. Very well done

Here's my budget bushcrafter blade selection, a BK16 Eskabar and a Condor Bushlore.

I have to say even though I have been apprehensive about Condor products, the Bushlore seems like a knife that people generally love, and I do think it looks pretty nice for the money. I still need to look up information about the performance of the steel, in particular the heat treat and how it holds up under hard use.

Bark River Little Creek 3V - this disappears in the pocket (comes with a really nice leather sheath, too) and can do a surprising amount of hard work due to it's thickness.

Mora Companion - what an absolute bargain for $12. I bought a stainless steel one for my car and my fiancee's car. A no-brainer to keep these, uh, like everywhere around you and in everything you own - sharpens easily, and the edge is light saber sharp. This thing will feather stick you a Taj Mahal in 10, MAYBE, 15 minutes, tops.

Agree 100%. I also have a 546G (like a green 511 in stainless) and bought a grizzly sheath (A+ sheath, with a ferro rod). The 546 was my deer knife, before I got the Companion, and the 546 will go through 2-3 deer every season, without sharpening, and it's still shaving sharp in spots. And, I'll put it in the dishwasher if it gets too yucky.

Top one currently. Though I do have a Koster on the way (sooner) and a Skookum (much later, so we'll see
