WOW You my friend have a fantastic collection of knives!!!

I LOVE that one---the smooth ones as well but I agree that the "Bark" is truly unique. Ok I have to ask are there more like yours out there that your aware of or is yours a one off?

Just a FANTASTIC knife Dave:thumbup:

Really really nice one, Dave.

Paul - the interior ivory is 1 of 9 and the bark ivory is 1 of 3.

1 of 3 Paul, according to himself.
Charlie's scan also! :D
Ivory HJ6s 1.jpg

Mine is the bottom one I do believe.

There you go Paul - from our conversation over the phone yesterday - Phill covered it for us - I think I may have got it right for once?

My favorite style.

Wow.Now THAT is one seriously cool line up of knives there John - beautiful....I can see why they are your favourite - that middle Red Bone Clip-point would look pretty flash in that lovely car of yours - Red on Red!

I wish I could have kept all the red bone charlows I have ever bought but I cannot keep them all unfortunately. I do really want one of those twizzler red GEC 66 harness jacks though...it will definitely fit the motif I have developed.

Nice Barlow collections, Chief and Justin!
Great "toothy" HJ, Dave!!

This thread warms my heart every time I visit!! Who doesn't like to hang with like-minded folks from time to time?? And this place encourages me to keep on putting my ideas into shiny, useful, personal tools!

Here's one that surprised the heck out of me back then! I've posted it before, but since we are on the HJ theme nearby, I thought I would drag it over with new pictures - a gift from Bill at GEC!

That is beautiful Charlie! I've kept my eye out for the 48 Diamond Jack Blood Red Jig and a few HJs but that one is perfect. Thanks for showing it off again.

That is such an awesome knife! That stag is gorgeous and I love the HJ in that pattern, looks perfect!

Nice clips, John!

Nice reds, Justin!

Excellent stag on that HJ6, Charlie!

Great single spey, Fire Beard!

I said it before and I will say it again...that Stag 66 HJ Charlie is just awesome - what a treasure to have someone like Bill make something like that for you - quite incredible!....

Speaking of incredible.......
I have just finished speaking to Charlie, thanking him for everything he does - and also for this absolute knock-out! Charlie Sir - thank you for making this stunning piece of art work available to me - honestly.....I am extremely thankful my friend - thank you so very much....

I asked Charlie if this was in fact a Charlie SFO- as it is a Rendezvous knife - but of course sports the TC Bolsters, well it seems these are pretty darned special, as GEC apparently have been extremely busy, and Bill asked Charlie if he could use Charlies Bolsters that sports our beloved TC symbol... well I am guessing the answer was yes...because check this out, so I dont think its out of line to show this unique Knife in the SFO thread, in my opinion it definitely is a SFO - with out Charlie - it wouldnt have been...

Heres my beautiful knife...

With my first ever Button!!!

Now lets see if you can see a something else in the photo - which Paul ALSO slipped into the box for me - whew!:):) arent Freds creations just fantastic!!

Thank you to everyone in here- this is a great place isnt it - with such great people!

Beautiful knife, Duncan!

The Oil Sucker Rod is such a special handle material.

I remember messaging Charlie the first time I saw mention of the Oil Sucker Barlows, and he was as surprised as I was!

I was ecstatic to get ahold of one of these as well.

Duncan, did you get that Rendezvous knife from Lyle? I believe I saw him get #31 the Saturday I was there. (But I'm not positive).

My Rendezvous knife is special to me because it represents the friendships I made there, and the historic oil sucker rod covers.

Just out of this world beautiful, Duncan! That knife is an instant classic. It seems to have everything that is so special about this place represented in it!!
