Thanks moonwilson. Its design seems so awkward somehow. Thanks for information. One more thing, do I see right, below that yellow handled sodbuster is case knife with thumbstuds? Never really seen one with thumbstuds. What is it?
Here is a collection of some Sheffield-made mop knives I put together. It's hard to get a good group photo.

Rich, I really enjoyed looking at your collection. You have some really nice tools there, and as you can tell by my username, I am a big fan.
Personally, I'm down to only one puukko in my collection these days.
Those barrel knives are really cool, too; they must have been difficult to track down!
Moonwilson, a comprehensive and tasteful collection on display there:thumbup:
Is that GEC 23 with the serial No.05 on the bolster in Ram's Horn? It's a big 'un but I like those scales.
My collection of Nordic knives, mostly Finnish puukko.

Pics are about 2 years old; collection has grown quite a bit since then.

Not much of a collection, but I do carry/use all of them. There're a few more, but they sort of belong to my youngest (Now 9).
My rather meager collection. Mix of old antique store finds and a few new ones. Victorinox not included.

I love hunting for them in antique stores and yards sales. What are the top two and the one above the un-x-led?
