My sebenza likes the river too.

Thanks TX! Your shot in here from the 4th is great. It makes your Sebenza look mighty.

kidcongo- you take some really nice photos man.

My Sebenza got really tired on a hike so decided to take 5 on an Arbutus (Madrone) tree.

That's a awesome picture.

Reminds me of this one I took with a hidden flashlight shining through the amber inlay.

Here's one to stick with the scenery theme.

Thanks Tmack. I remember your shot from another thread. Your amber inlayed Seb is gorgeous!

Here's my small plain jane again, at the beach this time.

I've only had this Sebenza two weeks now but it's accumulated several wear/carry marks, and has been used at least moderately extensively every day. I am in love with this thing. Easily the best folder I'ver owned. I think the bead blasted finish looks good when it's worn down.

I agree. Thing either look good pristine, or just riddled with wear .
Just a couple scratches is no good lol.

Thanks for the compliment TX. I hadnt noticed that, but yes. Maybe CRK will do a run with that wood for an inlay someday.

Beautiful photo and beautiful trees. There are a lot of Arbutus trees in Victoria, BC where I lived at one point in my life. My wood shop teacher cut a tree down that was on his property and then tried to make a piece of furniture out of some of the wood. I recall at the time he gave up because as it dried out it twisted up like a wet rag, was hard as rock and really dense. That said people do make furniture out of it and it is a really beautiful wood albeit temperamental to work with. Could be ideal for CRK they love a challenge and from what I have seen the finished product is really beautiful and each piece is also quite unique.
