They're still a good knife, but the old hickory knives were definatly nicer before.
That is fantastic and really loving the sheath work as well!Thank you Jack. Very special knife for me as my father got to skin out a few deer with it before he passed on. He bought that knife in Rapid City, North Dakota on a big game hunt to Wyoming back in 1954. He was ecstatic that I was able to restore it and also make the sheath with his initials on it. My memories of that time in my life are very special to me.

I have no clue to be honest. My wife went on a mission trip to Nicaragua about 12-14 years ago and brought it home to me. It’s a neat little piece that I keep displayedWhat's the big one on top? Looks Mexican?
